Cole Davis Goodman is a political consultant and community activist who is committed to using his voice to advance social justice at home and around the world.
Goodman is Vice Chair of the Dauphin County Democratic Party and the youngest elected member of the Executive Committee of the Democratic Party of Pennsylvania. He has worked as a consultant for many successful political campaigns, including most recently with the campaign of Governor-elect Josh Shapiro.
Goodman also served as coach to lead the Harrisburg High Boys’ Soccer team to the playoffs in 2022, making history for the school and the City of Harrisburg. It was Goodman’s second year helping to build a winning team after a decade of losses.
Goodman is widely traveled and lived four years in Prague, the Czech Republic. He is a graduate of Harrisburg Academy and Penn State Harrisburg.
In addition to serving as a youth member of the Board of Laity of the United Methodist Church, Goodman is a member of the board of directors of Alder Health and of the Civic Club of Harrisburg Affiliates. He also is active with the World Affairs Council of Harrisburg and served as a community outreach ambassador in its recent Public Health Initiative to promote vaccinations against COVID-19.
He is the son of Pastor Russell W. Goodman of New Branches Ministries; and Dr. Joyce M. Davis, President/CEO of the World Affairs Council of Harrisburg, and Outreach & Opinion Editor of PennLive and The Patriot-News.
